SHIPPING POLICY – DIRECT FROM ITALY

The minimum order value is £2,000, including VAT.

We offer free delivery to business addresses within the M25 area. For deliveries outside the M25, please contact our office before placing your order so we can confirm availability and any applicable delivery charge.

Orders are scheduled for delivery after full payment has been received.

Orders fully paid by Monday at 9:00 am are scheduled for delivery during the following week.

Orders fully paid after Monday’s cut-off, but by Friday at 9:00 am, are normally delivered on Thursday or Friday of the following week.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 7–10 working days. Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to product availability, transport schedules, customs, traffic, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays.

Customers must ensure that somebody is available to receive the order at the agreed address and time. If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, an additional delivery or redelivery charge may apply.

Any shortages, visible damage or delivery errors should be reported to Itabites as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.
