SHIPPING POLICY – DIRECT FROM ITALY

We accept orders for full pallets only. A pallet may contain a mix of different ambient products sold by the case. We do not accept part-pallet orders.

After you submit an order, we check product availability and confirm the pallet quantity. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to agree any changes before confirming the order.

Product prices do not include freight, customs or clearance charges. We calculate these charges for your order and provide the full amount for your approval before requesting payment. Dispatch is arranged after payment has been received.

We deliver to business addresses within the M25 area. For delivery outside the M25, please contact us for a quotation.

Delivery normally takes approximately 7–10 working days after the order is confirmed and paid. This is an estimate and may change because of product availability, transport or customs clearance. We will confirm the delivery arrangements with you. We normally have two departures from Italy each week: one on Monday or Tuesday and another on Friday or Saturday. Transport to London usually takes around three days from departure. These are indicative timings; we confirm the customer delivery date after reviewing stock, pallet space and shipping costs.

Indicative transport and delivery inside the M25 is approximately £275 per pallet. Customs and clearance charges are additional; we confirm the full amount before requesting payment.
